Let the Vision Pull You

How important is it to have a vision for where you’re going? Well, you wouldn’t leave your house without knowing where you’re going, would you? No, of course not!

Creating a vision is how you know where you’re going. It can be a mental picture of what you want to look like or better yet, what you want to feel like after you’ve lost weight. It can be a collage or sorts, real or virtual (think: Pinterest) of all of those pictures and feelings.

You know I always say: “You can’t just be running away from something negative; you must be moving toward something positive.” Your vision is that “something positive.” It’s what you know in your heart of hearts that you deserve.

When that vision is as clear as the clear blue sky? No one will have to push you toward success. It will pull you. And you will succeed.
