I finally came up with a green smoothie that actually tastes good and is super healthy! The secret is to use frozen kale + banana and mango, which are super sweet. The result is a smoothie that is nutritious and filling, but even better it’s creamy and delicious!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 packet orange-flavored Emergen-C
- 1 heaping T sugar-free orange-flavored Citricel
- 1 T raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar (here’s why)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2/3 cup frozen mango chucks
- 1/2 cup frozen kale
- 1-1/2 cups very cold water
Place ingredients in blender and power up your day! One serving.
