What gets YOUR heart racing?
So, what does get your heart racing? Watching a scary movie? Getting whipped around on a roller coaster? Maybe the adrenalin rush of driving fast does it (though most certainly not on I-405, which almost always moves at a snail’s pace).
In this case though, I’m talking about exercise. If you’re trying to lose weight, getting your heart pumping in that magical “fat-burning zone” will help you reach your goal faster.
