How To Tackle Your Happiness Deficit
There’s a happiness deficit going around; maybe it’s because we’re all back indoors as the temperature drops, or maybe it’s the pre-holiday angst we feel when contemplating the end-of-year stressors that will soon be upon us. And no matter the origin, it’s tough to make strategically healthy living choices when we’re down in the dumps.
A happiness deficit can creep into our lives in different ways. There’s situational unhappiness: You stagger downstairs in the morning for your first cup of coffee only to discover the dog has puked on the floor. At my house this usually happens on a Monday, to add insult to injury.
