Start a ripple effect
November and December are the most challenging months of the year from a healthy living standpoint. There will be so many opportunities to set our goals aside: skip a workout here, drink an eggnog latte there … Before you know it, it’s January and you’re feeling horrible.
My plan this year is to just pick one thing to focus on. I’ve decided to up my yoga game as my “one thing.” By committing to this one thing I hope to start a ripple effect in my healthy habits. I believe that by doing that one thing – no excuses, no exceptions – I’ll feel good, and that feeling will carry over into lots of other decisions I make about my health between now and January 1st.
What will that “one thing” be for you? Start a ripple. You never know where it might lead!
Have a happy, healthy week!
