“Old School” Cucumber Salad



  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 of a while onion, slices very thin
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients and dive in. It’s just as good as mom used to make!
