- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 of a while onion, slices very thin
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients and dive in. It’s just as good as mom used to make!
