This week’s blog, “Health for the Holidays – Start Strong!” is an introduction to the series.
I am giddy with excitement about this, and I hope you are too! Okay, you’re worried I’m gonna make you give up all your holiday favorites, but listen in and follow along. You’re gonna feel so much better on January 1st if you make conscious decisions about your health for the next three months.
You know what it feels like to overdo it during the holidays, to succumb to the tempting holiday treats that are everywhere, to feel overwhelmed by the pressures on your time.
We’ve played that record till it skips, so this year let’s try something new.
