Go ahead, take a leap of faith
Whether it’s 100 lbs. or those last stubborn ten, losing weight can feel overwhelming. We’re told we must make permanent lifestyle changes, but good grief. It’s hard to know where to even begin!
Clean out the fridge?
Hire a trainer?
Stop going to Starbucks for that yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte???
Noooooooooooo!!!!!!! Not that!!!!
How do you create a game plan when the task itself seems so daunting? You take that first step. Then another. Then another.
You take a leap of faith. You may not know exactly where you’ll end up. You may make mistakes. You’ll certainly encounter challenges along the way.
But take that leap.
To help you get there, I’ve enlisted the help of some professionals whose advice I think you’ll find tremendously valuable.
To start the new lineup there’s my own personal trainer and fitness guru, Taryn. If you haven’t yet, read her debut guest blog. Taryn wants to know what exercise topics you’d like to hear about, so consider this your chance to ask a personal trainer any question that you’ve been wondering. Simply reply to this email and I’ll get your queries to her. Go ahead, give her your toughest questions!
Check in regularly for fresh fall recipes, weight loss inspiration, guest bloggers and more. Have a happy, healthy week!
