I Have a Confession to Make…

There’s no denying it anymore. I’ve regained 10 pounds. Ugh!

At 3 pounds I wasn’t worried.

At 5 pounds I convinced myself it was bloating.

At 7 pounds I was pretty sure it was more than water-weight gain.

And now at 10 pounds I’m drawing a line in the sand; this isn’t happening!

I propose a Challenge!

It’s exactly 10 weeks out from Labor Day Weekend; what better time to really focus in on a health and weight loss goal than during the summer months?!?

We can take advantage of the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the extra hours of daylight. Getting out in the evening for a walk or bike ride after dinner seems so much more manageable on a warm summer evening than slogging to the gym in the depths of winter, doesn’t it?

So let’s do this!

A 10-week, 10-pound challenge!

I’ll provide the steps to get us started and keep us on track with the blogs I write, and I’ll keep you updated on my progress with weekly videos and podcasts.
